Titan-2 Group, the general contractor of the construction of Leningrad NPP-2, initiated legal process against Victor Aleynikov Russian veteran of the nuclear industry and environmental NGO Green World (GW). According to this news Titan-2 Group does not consider proven the facts disseminated on GW press-conference "Leningrad NPP-2: violation of technology and rigging in the construction» http://www.greenworld.org.ru/?q=laes2_press_3316(russian)
and "requires refutation of false information defaming their business reputation. The Titan-2 Group does not submit financial claims for compensation for moral damage."

GW did not receive the documents from the court.
At the same time, the administration of the nuclear town Sosnovy Bor, where located GW, Titan-2 Group and Leningrad NPP-2, informed that terminates the contract for the rental of GW office and requested to go away.

Court of the Leningrad Region 4 March 2016 dismissed the complaint of the Green World of the fine of 300 000 rubles (about $4.500). The decision on such a fine for Green World was adopted by the Town Court of Sosnovy Bor, because according Russian Ministry of Justice Green World voluntarily not registered as NGOs, performs the function of a "foreign agent." GW must to pay the fee before the middle of May 2015.
